    Should I submit itemized medical invoices even when I have an outstanding deductible amount?

    Yes. You will need to upload your medical bills to ensure the Benefit Amount for those services will apply towards your deductible. Once your deductible has been met, your plan will start paying you the Benefit Amount for covered services.
